Week 1- What is Asana + Pranayama
Week 2- Asana w/ focus on Pranayama
Week 3- Balancing poses w/ guided meditation
Week 4- Yin + Restorative w/ pranayama
Weeks 5+6 working through flow sequences
Props needed:
yoga mat, blanket, pillow/ bolster, and 2 yoga blocks (or a couple of hefty books)
